SolarLens AI™ provides automated image analysis tools to help Australian solar installers verify whether their installation photos (e.g., meter boxes, switchboards, battery signage) align with Clean Energy Regulator (CER) documentation requirements and relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS).

2. No Professional or Legal Advice (Disclaimer of Liability)

CRITICAL: SolarLens AI™ is a supplementary software tool designed to act as a "second pair of eyes."

• Not a Replacement for Human Judgement: Our AI is not a licensed electrician or accredited solar inspector.
• No Guarantees: While we strive for high accuracy, AI can make mistakes (false positives or false negatives). We do not guarantee that obtaining a "PASS" from our system equates to a guaranteed approval by the CER or State Regulators.
• Your Responsibility: The installer (you) remains 100% legally and professionally responsible for the compliance, safety, and documentation of the installation.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall SolarLens AI™ be held liable for any failed compliance audits, rejected Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs), financial penalties, or safety incidents resulting from reliance on our software.

3. Intellectual Property

"SolarLens AI™" is our unregistered trademark. All content, website design, UI, and backend algorithms are the exclusive copyright of SolarLens AI™ (© 2026). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our services without permission.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to upload maliciously corrupted files, attempt to breach our security systems, or use the service for any illegal activities. You confirm you have the right to upload the installation photos (including securing necessary consent from homeowners if required by privacy laws).

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our product evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
