We do not sell your data. We use trusted third-party cloud providers to run our service:

• Google Gemini (AI Engine): Your images are securely transmitted to Google's API for visual analysis. (Note: Google's enterprise API terms state that your data is NOT used to train their public AI models).
• Railway & Supabase (Hosting & Database): We store application data securely on robust, industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
• Resend (Email): Used exclusively for delivering our communication to you.

Installation photos occasionally capture residential details. As the installer, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph and process images of the site. We strongly recommend ensuring photos focus strictly on the electrical equipment and avoid capturing people, house numbers, or unrelated personal property.

We retain contact enquiries and audit logs for operational purposes. If you wish to have your data or uploaded images permanently deleted from our servers, please contact us at contact@solarlensai.com, and we will process your request within 30 days.
